Special Orders

If we don't have a certain item in stock, such as books or cds, we almost always can special order them for you. If they are in stock at our primary warehouses, which we can look up for you, it should take 3-5 shipping days. (usually 3) However for some other items like jewelry or gift items, the special order will take longer if we can order it. Bob Siemon design jewelry will sometimes take 2 weeks to arrive.

You can also place special orders over the phone. By calling the store number, we can look up the title for you, and if we do not have it in the store, we will check for availability in the warehouses, and if you want to special order it, you can do that over the phone with a Mastercard or Visa.

When the special orders arrive, we promptly call the customer at the number they provided to notify them that their special order is ready for pickup. There is no deadline for when you need to pick it up, it will be there for you until you pick it up.
